Hello, My name is Jeff Mitchem. I have been a professional firefighter
in the Denver area for more than 19 years. After experiencing first
hand the need for these life saving techniques, I started training CPR and First Aid over 20 years ago.
I have trained thousands of people just like you from all walks
of life, and in any group size, from health care workers to interested
individuals. By learning the basics of CPR you will make a difference
in a life or death situation at home or work. I can teach you the
proper techniques and give you the confidence it takes to better
